В музее на Хортице презентовали уникальные старинные якоря - ФОТО

Сегодня, 12 января, в реставрационном ангаре Национального заповедника «Хортица» состоялась презентация двух старинных якорей.

Венгерский якорь нашли бойцы одного из подразделений военно-морских сил на дне Черного моря на глубине 15 метров. Ему более 200 лет. Длина якоря составляет 1,6 метров, а вес 60 килограммов. Клеймо на якоре гласит, что сделан он в Будапеште и использовался на каботажных судах, курсирующих по Дунаю в Черное море.

‒ На нас вышли бойцы одного из подразделений военно-морских сил, они написали, что во время работ на подводном полигоне водолазы нашли якорь. Это довольно ценный экспонат для нашей коллекции, ‒ рассказывает заведующий научной библиотекой Национального заповедника «Хортица» и депутат горсовета Вячеслав Зайцев.

А второй якорь-кошку заповеднику передала жительница Мелитополя. Он был найдет на берегу Молочного лимана. Длина якоря около метра, а вес 25 килограммов. Примечательно, что раньше этими землями владели татары, а на найденном якоре стоит клеймо славянскими буквами. Его значение специалистам еще предстоит расшифровать.

Коллекция заповедника насчитывает 49 якорей. Большинство из экспонатов датируются 18 веком, но есть и из 19.
